Deborah Ann Ryan professionally known as Debby Ryan, born May 13, 1993, is an American actress and singer-songwriter. Discovered by Disney as a child, she starred in The Suite Life on Deck (2008–2011), 16 Wishes (2010), Jessie (2011–2015), and Radio Rebel (2012). She later appeared in What If… (2010), Insatiable (2018–2019), The Opening Act (2020), Night Teeth (2021), and Spin Me Round (2022).
Before fame
While living in Germany, she became fluent in both German and English.

Family life
Debby was raised in a military family, she moved frequently across the United States and Europe and has an older brother, Chase. Her parents are Missy and John. She dated Twenty One Pilots drummer Josh Dun from 2013 to 2014; the couple reunited in 2018 and married in December 2019. In September 2025 they announced they were expecting their first child, and in December 2025 they welcomed a daughter named Felix.
