Sigmund Esco Jackson, professionally known as Jackie Jackson, born on May 4, 1951, is an American singer and songwriter. He is best known as a founding member and the only continuous member of the Jackson 5, a group that was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997. He is the second born child in the Jackson family and the eldest of the Jackson brothers.

He began performing on stage with his brothers in 1964.

His most notable solo achievement was the R&B album Be the One, which reached No. 84 on the charts.
Family life
He was married to Enid Adren Spann from 1974 until 1987, and they had two children, Sigmund Jr. and Brandi. In 2001, he married Victoria Triggs, though the marriage later ended in divorce.
