Early life and education
On December 2, 1986, Kainaat was born into a Punjabi family that lived in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. She has no siblings and is the only child in her family. Her mother’s name is unknown, but her father is Madan Lal Arora. She continued her education at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh’s St. Mary School. She enrolled at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Delhi to pursue her undergraduate degree in merchandising after completing her schooling with success. Since she was young, she had developed a strong interest in acting.
Being the sister and cousin of the late Bollywood actress Divya Bharati was a major factor in motivating her to pursue an acting career.
